Last updated: 5th September 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services provided by TiC Media Creative Print Solutions (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotations, Pricing & Variations
2.1 All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices are based on current production costs. Unless otherwise agreed, prices may be amended at any time after acceptance where necessary to reflect changes in labour, materials, or other costs.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Unless a credit account has been formally agreed, full payment is required before production.
3.2 For account holders, invoices must be settled in full by the agreed due date.
3.3 Standard payment terms are 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Extended terms of 30 days may be agreed at TiC Media’s discretion.
3.4 New customers are required to pay in full prior to production. TiC Media reserves the right to require pro-forma payment from any customer at its discretion.
3.5 Goods remain the property of TiC Media until full payment has been received.
4. Overdue Accounts
4.1 No goods will be delivered on accounts that remain unpaid 14 days after the due date.
4.2 We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at 10% above the Bank of England base rate, calculated from the date payment became due until the date payment is received.
4.3 We reserve the right to recover any legal or collection costs incurred in pursuing overdue accounts.
5. Cancellation Charges
5.1 Cancelled orders are subject to a charge of 5% of the total order value, plus a £10 administration fee.
5.2 Any costs incurred for work already completed (including design, artwork preparation, set-up, or partial production) will also be charged and deducted before any refunds are issued.
6. Preliminary Work
All work carried out at the customer’s request, whether experimental, artwork-related, or otherwise, shall be chargeable.
7. Artwork, File Supply, Proofs & Approval
7.1 Final artwork should be supplied as a print-ready PDF with crop marks and 3mm bleed, unless you have opted for our design services.
7.2 All artwork should be supplied at the correct finished size, with all fonts embedded or converted to outlines, and images supplied at a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
7.3 Artwork supplied in RGB colour format may be converted to CMYK for print production, which may result in slight colour variation.
7.4 If artwork is supplied incorrectly or requires amendment, additional artwork or studio charges may apply.
7.5 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Check your proof carefully. TiC Media cannot accept responsibility for errors after approval. Reprints will incur extra cost. View proofs on a laptop/desktop using Adobe Acrobat.
7.6 Additional charges will apply for further proofs required due to customer alterations.
7.7 Where style, type, layout, or file preparation is left to our discretion, any subsequent changes requested by the customer may be charged on a time and materials basis.
8. Colour Reproduction
8.1 All reasonable efforts will be made to achieve the best possible colour reproduction. However, variation is inherent in the print and embroidery process, and exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.
8.2 Colours viewed on digital screens may vary significantly from the final printed or embroidered product.
8.3 We are not responsible for colour variations between customer-supplied files, proofs, previous print runs, Pantone references, or materials supplied by the customer.
8.4 Printed colours may vary slightly due to paper stock, coating, finishing processes, embroidery threads, and production methods.
9. Variations in Quantity
9.1 Every effort will be made to deliver the exact quantity ordered; however, minor variations are common within the print process and are deemed acceptable.
9.2 In the event of significant shortages, our sole liability will be to reprint the missing quantity within a reasonable timeframe. Credits will not be offered for additional shortages.
10. Delivery Policy
10.1 Delivery times are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or events beyond our control.

11.2 Claims for non-delivery must be made within 28 days of despatch.
11.3 All other claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
11.4 We accept no liability for claims made outside of these timescales.
