TIC MEDIA DELIVERY POLICY

TiC Media is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality service at all times. Our commitment is to ensure the best service is provided from enquiry to delivery and to maintain an excellent level of the customer fulfilment throughout the printing order process, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to ensure our high levels of service are maintained at the delivery stage when using third parties delivery services.

We want to ensure our customers that we always do our best when it comes to delivery. We know our customers understand that issues that occur with deliveries are out of our control, but for clarity, we wanted to make our customers aware of the following policies:

THIRD PARTY SHIPPING

If the third party delivery service is delayed, no refunds, discounts or free of charge reprints will be provided. If your items are time critical, we strongly advise you to send them earlier to allow for potential delays.  If the third party delivery service is delayed, TiC Media is not liable for consequential costs or losses of any kind.

If the third party delivery service fails (this is most likely if the address given is incorrect or the recipient is not there to take delivery) then the customer is liable for the costs of the returned items and new costs will be covered by the customer for re-attempted delivery or re-directed delivery. TiC Media will only take responsibility for failed delivery where TiC Media has made an error that has created the issue.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order, The warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

TRANSIT TIME DELIVERY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days.

TRANSIT TIME INTERNATIONALLY

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

SHIPPING COST

The shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY COST

If further costs are incurred attempting delivery (re-directions for example), then the customer will be invoiced for this once we are made aware of them.

DUTIES & TAXES

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the invoice.

Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country.  This varies by country, and TiC Media encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to TiC Media at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

TiC Media we ensure that all of our products are shipped in packing of high quality. Despite being packed securely, sometimes items become damaged during transit. If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please contact our customer services.

If this instance occurs, we will provide the customer with replacement printed products. However, we may refuse to dispatch them to the same destination.

TiC Media will give the customer replacement products. However, we may refuse to send them in the same way to the same location. For example, if the orders are sent to a distant country there’s a higher chance of damage so it would be ill-advised to ship the package there again. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service about the next steps.

WARRANTY RETURNS

TiC Media will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pay for the return shipping. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect TiC Media to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) a replacement item sent to you.
(b) a refund in store credit.
(c) a refund to your payment method.

P.O. BOX SHIPPING

TiC Media will ship to P.O. Box addresses use postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.

ITEMS OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they are returned to stock.
